Complimentary tickets are given as follows. Please note, ALL SPONSOR REPS MUST REGISTER even if they are using complimentary passes.

All sponsor representatives (including those on a free sponsor ticket and any additional representatives) must register using our registration site to ensure we have your representatives’ details. Your sponsor registration does not include your hotel reservation. Please use this link to make a reservation.
Shipping Materials
Swag or other items for your booth may be shipped to the York Second Student Center to arrive no earlier than Friday, October 25th at noon. Please use the shipping label below.
Shipping Items After the Event
You must make arrangements for a courier to pick up your items after the conference.
Booth Set-Up
All exhibitors will be allocated an 8-foot table. There should be ample space for your booth to store your swag items around and under the table if necessary. You may begin set-up after 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 26th. You will find a tent card with your company’s name on a table in the exhibit hall. There will be helpers that can direct you to your spot. Lunch will be served in the foyer outside the exhibit hall starting at noon. Please feel free to help yourself! We have allocated from noon to 2 PM for attendees to visit the exhibits, but we encourage you to stay open until at least 4 PM.
The facility is spacious so if you wish to talk with individual attendees you will be able to find a quiet place to sit and talk. We can provide a dedicated space for formal interviews.
