CACE 2027 (the CS-CAN | INFO-CAN 1st Annual Conference of the Canadian Association for Computing Education) brings together computing educators and researchers from across Canada. The conference will take place May 13–14, 2027, in Mississauga, Ontario. It is a venue for sharing research and innovations in computing education, exchanging classroom and curricular ideas, and building connections across the Canadian computing education community.

After many years of discussion among Canadian computing educators and researchers, this year marks the beginning of the CACE conference. At the same time, the community has organized itself around the newly formed Canada ACM SIGCSE Chapter ↗. The conference and the Chapter are complementary efforts with a shared goal of strengthening computing education in Canada. We encourage attendees of CACE to join the Chapter, and Chapter members to attend CACE.
