Annual Election

The voting membership of CS-CAN/INFO-CAN annually elects officers who serve on the Board of Directors. 

Balloting for the 2024 Annual Election will begin on September 1, 2024, for all eligible voting members on record as of August 31, 2024.

CS-CAN/INFO-CAN, an organization dedicated to advancing computer science in Canada, has established a structured governance system that involves the active participation of its voting members. These members play a crucial role in shaping the direction and policies of the organization by electing officers to the Board of Directors on an annual basis.

Post Call for Nominations on CS-Can|Info-Can website.

June 1, 2024

Nominations deadline.

June 8, 2024

Announce the slate of candidates at the Annual General Meeting and request additional nominations.

July 1, 2024

Announce candidate slate to members.

September 1 – September 30, 2024

Run election.

October 1, 2024

Announce of election results to members.
