Bowen Hui

An innovative instructor, mentor, and leader, Dr. Bowen Hui has championed computational thinking and active learning for learners of all ages. She has piloted new techniques in her classroom, including personalized learning paths, course modularization, gamification platform, and community-service learning. Her recent accolades include Best Demo Award for her team analytics web-based tools at the 12th International Learning and Analytics Conference (2022), and the Provost’s Award for Teaching Excellence and Innovation (UBC-2022).
