Canadian Celebration of Women in Computing East (CAN-CWiC East) 2026

CAN-CWiC East brings the CAN-CWiC experience to Atlantic Canada, November 20 to 21, 2026, aligned with the main CAN-CWiC dates. The goal is to create opportunities for networking, mentorship, industry engagement, presentations, and community building for students in Atlantic Canada, while following the broader CAN-CWiC model with programming relevant to the region. CAN-CWiC East is planned to grow in future years and build a strong regional presence.

The event takes place in Halifax, Nouvelle-Écosse. The venue will be announced soon.

$250. For students attending from outside the local area

Registration follows a similar structure to CAN-CWiC West. There is no early-bird rate. Universities may sponsor their students at the applicable rate.
