Multiple awards may be presented each year.<\/p><p>These awards recognize career excellence in research, teaching, service, or any combination of these. Award winners will be invited to attend the annual CS-Can|Info-Can Awards Banquet to receive their awards.<\/p><p>Nominations are welcome starting on September 1 and are due on December 1.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6e14eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a6e14eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ELIGIBILITY<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e70f534 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e70f534\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A candidate for this award must have held a full-time appointment at a Canadian University for at least 10 years and must have spent the majority of their academic career in Canada. While many nominees will be from computer science departments<sup>[1]<\/sup>, nominations from other departments are welcome. All nomination material should be written appropriately for such an audience.
