The annual CS-Can|Info-Can Awards for Lifetime Achievement, Outstanding Young Computer Science Research and Distinguished Dissertation recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements and contributions to computing in Canada.
We are pleased to introduce the CS-Can|Info-Can Awards Winners.
Lifetime Achievement Awards
These awards recognize current or former faculty members in Canadian Computer Science Departments, Schools, Faculties who have made outstanding and sustained contributions to computing over their careers. The awards can be for achievement in research, teaching, service, or any combination of these.

These prizes recognize excellence in research, and are made to top young faculty members in Canadian Computer Science Departments, Schools, Faculties who are within the first ten years of their career beyond the completion of their PhD.

Canadian Computer Science Distinguished Dissertation Award
The Canadian Computer Science Distinguished Dissertation Award recognizes excellence in research and writing by a computer science doctoral student completing their degree at a Canadian institution. One award is given annually based on nominations prepared by a nominee’s supervisor in consultation with the nominee’s department chair.
